2. Experience a complimentary 60-minute workout with me.

3. Set up our first workout session and discuss the service agreement and payment options.

Pool Workouts Thursdays 4:00pm-5:00pm
All sessions include lots of fun, sunshine, great music with a total body sculpting workout including light weights, cardio, barre exercises, yoga poses, resistance bands and more—all in the shallow end of the pool!
Morning Yoga Flow Poolside 8:00am-9:00am
What better way to start your day than an energizing yoga flow by the pool. Every session is an opportunity to enjoy nature and create a deeper connection between mind and body.
$125 for 6 prepaid sessions or $25 per session
